Jordan Isaiah {Houston Adoption Day Photographer, Houston Family Photographer}

What a special day to be a part of- my heart could seriously burst from happiness for my sweet friends! We have been blessed to walk the sometimes {ok, almost ALWAYS}  crazy, wonderful, unpredictable, sad, joyful, humbling and amazing road of being foster parents with this fabulous family. My husband and I are so thankful for Randy and Becca and all of the great people from the Orphan Care Network at WPCC. We’re beyond blessed to be a part of such a wonderful group and community of people. SO, SO blessed. I’m so thankful that they asked me to come along and capture their adoption of their son Jordan this morning. It was such a joy to be there and experience that sweet moment with them.

A few months ago, I found out about a wonderful organization called Red Thread Sessions (read more about it here). It is a wonderful organization of photographers who chose to give back to their community by donating sessions to families who have recently adopted. After reading more about the organization, I knew that this was something I TOTALLY wanted to be a part. About 2 days ago, I found out that I’d been accepted to be one of their volunteer photographers and it was in perfect time for the adoption today and I had my first Red Thread Session with my sweet friends the Dolemans! What a great way to start a new chapter of my business. I’m so excited about it! Dolemans, we love you guys so much and sweet, baby Jordan- Happy Adoption Day!
